About Our Caring Staff

Sail Away With Our Warm & Caring Crew…

All Adventure Bay Directors* are professional educators who hold a degree in Education and have presented many training workshops on preschool education. All administrators have prior experience teaching preschool children and are committed to providing a safe and fun environment for educational growth.

All our caring teachers are professionally trained in child development and early childhood education and hold a degree in Education and/or a CDA (Child Development Associate) degree. All have worked extensively with children and are genuinely concerned for your child’s intellectual, social and emotional growth*.

All staff members continue to upgrade their professional knowledge through workshops and advanced education courses, as mandated by state regulations. Our staff have all been carefully screened for excellence, as well as their commitment to children’s well-being. Local and national background checks and fingerprinting have been completed for each staff member before starting employment at our centers, as required by state law*.

Teachers and Directors are always available to answer any questions or concern you may have. Teacher/Parent conferences are regularly scheduled during the school year.
