Infant Program 6 Weeks to 12 Months
It’s never too early to start investing time and effort into the educational development of your child. This is why you should choose an infant program designed to jumpstart growth and learning. When it comes to infant care, Adventure Bay Early Learning Center sets itself apart from the competition with a comfortable facility, low teacher-child ratio and experienced staff committed to nurturing your child. Each staff member is trained in Pediatric CPR and First Aid & Fire Safety.
Since first opening our doors, parents have trusted us to treat their children just like family. By integrating a personal approach along with vital early sensory activities, we offer unparalleled care for infants that you can take advantage of on a daily or as-needed basis.
Between the ages of 12 months and 24 months, children develop at a fast rate. During this time, it is essential that your child be provided with the building blocks to jumpstart their education. From developing social skills to creating a love for learning, our toddler program is capable of delivering the results every parent desires.
Our specialized toddler services, which include a unique two’s program, integrate educational curriculum, engaging activities, and tools that promote your child’s imagination on a daily basis. By focusing on your child’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in our learning environment, we are able to foster positive growth and development that your child will build upon throughout their educational lives.
Two year olds are a busy group! Our two year old program fosters the critical relationship building that occurs at this age, supporting intellectual and social development.
Typically, this means providing much-needed stability and learning activities focused on your child’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development, along with entertaining activities that allow your toddlers within our care to burn off extra energy. From the classroom to the playground, every aspect of our child center offers a developmentally appropriate space for your child to spend their time while you’re away at work or out running errands.
What is Early Preschool?
Preschool is a program typically reserved for children the year before they begin pre-kindergarten. This early preschool means implementing educational curriculum perfectly suited to the needs of children as young as two. Children in early preschool spend their days exploring, sharing and learning. Let us help your 2-year-old develop his or her independence and confidence in a setting that encourages a sense of community. At the same time, we help your young child adapt to routines and rituals. By enrolling your child in our preschool at this age, you are helping them develop a foundation of knowledge that promotes academic success as soon as they enter elementary school.
Voluntary pre-kindergarten is an effective way to prepare your child for the kindergarten classroom. As the name suggests, VPK is a voluntary program designed for children 4 years and older. No matter your family income, pre-k is always free. We even offer specialized extended VPK, summer, spring and winter camps that integrate learning into fun and age appropriate activities.
